One Of The Best Crumb Cake Recipes Ever

Ingredients:
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon butter
Crumb Cake Baking Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine your flour, brown sugar and ½ a cup of butter in a large bowl (save one cup of the mixture for the topping).
- In a medium sized bowl, combine the evaporated milk and lemon juice, baking soda and cinnamon. Add the liquid ingredients to the flour mixture and incorporate thoroughly.
- Lightly coat a non-stick 9 x 9 baking pan with baking spray and pour all of the batter into it.
- Add one tablespoon of butter to the cup of flour mixture you saved for the topping then sprinkle it evenly over the top of the batter.
- Bake for one hour, or until your cake passes the “toothpick test”.
