Easy Cheese Cake Recipe
Here’s an easy cheese cake recipe you can use when you’re craving that baked authentic rich creamy goodness but don’t have all of the time in the world to spare.
Ingredients:
- 5 packages cream cheese (8 ounce)
- 1 3/4 cups white sugar
- 1/8 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 5 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
Graham Cracker Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Easy Cheese Cake Baking Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
- In a medium bowl combine your graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and sugar then press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a lined 10 inch spring form pan.
- Mix your eggs and yolks and softened cream cheese in a large bowl until the mixture is completely lump free, then add your sugar, heavy cream and flour. Continue incorporating until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Pour the entire batter into the spring form pan and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce the oven temperature to 200 degree and bake for an additional hour.
- Remove the cheesecake from the oven and cool completely before serving.
